This is the new front cover that i have done. I have changed it as i have now copied a layout from a professional magazine. I have changed the fonts and also put a splash onto the front cover.

Margin and column guide creation	X		I have used this when making my double page spread so i know where my text will go, i had 3 columns so i knew that it would flow
Inserting an image ID	X		I have inserted an image when making my magazine DPS, i have also done this on my practice magazine, i had to export the image from photoshop then place it into in design
Resizing images in ID	X		I have done this so it will fit into my double page spread, the photos are usually large so you have to cut it down
